We guarantee all our products for life.
All Mystery Ranch products carry a full lifetime guarantee and warranty against any defects in materials and workmanship. Repairs or replacements for defects of this nature will be offered free of charge plus shipping. Repairs where Mystery Ranch is not at fault can also be offered for a reasonable fee.
What to do if you have a warranty issue with your Mystery Ranch product:
- Contact Patrick Odenbeck in our repair department (406)-585-1428.
- We will then generate an RA number for your repair. You must have an RA number before shipping the product.

Send the product to Mystery Ranch with the RA number written clearly on the top of the package. Sorry, you have to pay to get it to us, our address is:

- We will let you know how long it is going to take to repair and how much return shipping will cost (if we are not covering it). We will then repair your pack and send it back to you.
