Wildfire International is a global nonprofit dedicated to advancing resilience-based wildfire management through practitioner-driven training, leadership development, and community empowerment. Founded in the Sierra Nevada and built in partnership with fire practitioners across the world, the organization works to democratize access to high-quality wildland fire training while strengthening international collaboration. Through its training and workshops, leadership programs, and storytelling initiatives, Wildfire International helps build the operational and organizational capacity needed for the realities of modern fire. The organization’s vision is simple and direct: we want to create a world where wildfire leadership is global, built on the experience of those on the ground, and dedicated to long-term resilience—transforming how humanity understands and lives with fire.
