Rated 3 out of 5 by MikeM from Good but could be improvedI bought this for my SCREE backpack. I find the SCREE a great pack but it could incorporate a rain cover. Secondly the SCREE hydration system fails to offer a loop by which to secure your hydration reservoir. But overall the SCREE is a great pack. I used the fly for the first time this weekend in two downpours. Easy to retrieve out of the back and apply to the pack. The cover does not have a drain and unfortunately even though it was secured on the pack some water traveled down to the bottom and pooled inside the cover, resulting in the bottom of my pack getting wet... and its contents as the SCREE does not offer a water resistant or reinforced bottom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Greg T from Light & Dry Pack FlyI have the charcoal version size medium. I use it on a MR Longbow the MR Loadlifters. It covers the pack and lifters very well. The fit is very secure and it would probably fit if I had the pack set up to carry a dry bag between the bag and frame. I have use it in rain, snow, wet snow, etc. It has kept the bag dry and the fly dries very fast. I like that it is very light and packs small into it's self into a pouch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Greg T from Great Rain FlyI have the charcoal version and have used it early season to late November in rain, sleet, and snow. It has so far been waterproof and durable. Light weight, packs small, easy to install, and fast drying. I have a longbow with load lifters and the medium covers the pack and lifters. I will be getting the Blaze if I can find it in stock.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from BUY THIS! WET GEAR KILLS!If your gonna have a ruck in a rain forest then you better saddle up and buy one of these. The large version is huge. Was able to fit nicely on an overstuffed blackjack 100. Believe me this ruck is heavy at 10lbs. Add another 10lbs when wet. Attached pocket is a little confusing, still havenât figured out how to stuff it back in the sack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dry humor from InsuranceWent on a backpack trip with down gear. I could not afford having water into pack. It did not rain on the trip but the risk of ruination by water incursion was effectively reduced with the MR pack rainfly. The umbrella rule worked --> if you bring it it won't rain. But if it did I have certainty my pack would have been dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nate from Great rain fly for any condition.I love how small this rain fly packs down and takes up little room in my pack. The elastic band around the outside of the fly does a great job holding tight to my pack and I have little fear it will blow off in sever winds on top of a ridge line when glassing. Would suggest this fly to anyone with or without a mystery ranch pack.
