Shipping Timeline:

Orders received before 11:30am Mountain Standard Time will ship the same day. Orders received after 11:30am Mountain Standard Time will ship the following business day. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. We do not process or ship orders on weekends.

*The shipping timeframe may vary when placing large orders for more than 10 items. If you are concerned about your shipping timeframe please contact Customer Service

Holiday Shipping:

Our offices will be closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the day after
  • Christmas Day

*Please keep in mind, order processing time and mail congestion around the Holiday Season may cause additional delays in estimated arrival time.

Warehouse Locations:

Mystery Ranch has two warehouse locations; one in Montana and one in Washington. Our Military and Wildland Fire packs ship from our warehouse in Montana. Our Mountain, Hunting, and Everyday Carry packs ship from our warehouse in Washington. When ordering multiple packs from two different warehouses, please allow a few extra days for delivery time and expect multiple packages.

International Orders:

Mystery Ranch does not ship any orders outside of the United States. Please check out our international distributor page to get a hold of a product in your corner of the world!

Order Changes/Reroute Requests:

If you need to make a change to your order after it has been processed, please contact Customer Service. We will always do our best to accommodate your request. Please know, if the order is far enough along in the shipping process we may not be able to apply your requested change.

*A $25.00 fee will be added to your order for any reroute requested after your order has shipped.

Mystery Ranch Return Policy:

Mystery Ranch accepts returns for refund within 60 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact Customer Service, and we can get you setup with a Return Authorization number.
