This certainly includes individuals, like you, who have made your outdoor passion(s) your career. Pro Purchase FAQs

We've developed our Pro purchase program to service three distinct sectors of outdoor and hunting professionals, and now we are including Military/Fire/Federal LE/SAR/POSSE through the Expert Voice program. They are outlined in detail below.

Climbing/Mountaineering/Backpacking Guides and Hunting Guides & Outfitters:
If you are a certified, full-time: climbing, mountaineering, backpacking or backcountry skiing guide, or a hunting guide and/or outfitter, you may qualify for the MYSTERY RANCH Pro purchase program. Upon request, please be prepared to provide proof of professional standing with a State Guide's Association and/or Outfitter's License.
Outdoor/Snowsports Industry Professionals:
If you work full-time in the Outdoor or Snowsports Industry for a kindred spirit brand (ex. Vasque, Dynafit, GoPro, Patagonia), you may qualify for the MYSTERY RANCH Pro purchase program. Upon request, please be prepared to provide proof of professional standing with one or more of the following:
  • Your professional email with a valid outdoor/snow industry domain
  • A pay stub dated within the last 30 days or a letter that confirms your eligibility from your manager or supervisor
  • Business card indicating title or professional status
MYSTERY RANCH Dealer Retail Store Employee:
If you are a full-time employee at a MR retailer, you may qualify for the MYSTERY RANCH Pro purchase program. Upon request, please be prepared to provide proof of professional standing with the following:
  • A pay stub dated within the last 30 days or a letter that confirms your eligibility from your manager or supervisor

Yes, but all orders must have a US billing and physical US shipping address.

MYSTERY RANCH accepts returns for an exchange or refund within 60 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition (return shipping charges are non-refundable). Please give us a call at 1.833.548.1999, and we can get you set up with a Return Authorization (RA#). Returns or exchanges may not be processed through any of our MYSTERY RANCH retailers.

We offer the same warranty to our Pros as we do all our customers.

Your Pro program membership expires at the end of each calendar year (12/31). When reapplying, you can simply use the same credentials information with any updated details.

Because you are a professional, you are expected to respect our Pro Purchase guidelines as listed below.

  • Your Pro status with MYSTERY RANCH is considered a privilege and can be revoked at our discretion. Please respect our guidelines.
  • Purchases are for your personal use only.
  • Products obtained through the Pro purchase program may not be resold.
  • Your Pro purchase pricing is confidential. Please do not discuss your discounts.
  • All orders are subject to approval by MYSTERY RANCH.
  • Please allow for up to three business days from the time you place your order for your items to ship.
  • Abusing your Pro status with Mystery Ranch could lead to permanent suspension from the program.
