The Military Light Frame (MLF) is built from decades of pack innovation to solve a problem every soldier knows: heavy loads that grind you down. Anyone who has put miles under a MOLLE II, MOLLE 4000, and USMC Pack system has felt the strain—poor load transfer, slipping belts, and frames that fight against you instead of working with you.

The MLF was designed to eliminate those pain points and failures, delivering unmatched comfort, stability, and durability—while still compatible with those legacy rucks.

High-strength composite stays, and a laminate panel creates a robust yet responsive frame that flexes with your movement, transferring weight efficiently to reduce fatigue. The Redirect waist belt secures the load over your hips and stays in place, while the Bolstered Ventilation and Stability (BVS) system keeps the pack in place when worn over armor. Combined with our Futura Yoke for a dialed fit, the result is greater comfort—with significant weight savings over legacy frames.

    • Ensures a stable, secure fit over body armor.
