Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Near perfect!Waited in anticipation for what seemed like an eternity, but well worth the wait. My kit came together very very nicely with this one. Great organization and the same quality you come to expect from Mystery Ranch. The pouch under the shears holds pre-rolled gloves like a charm and the way the kit folds out onto the pack is perfect. The only thing I wish is for an elastic loop next to the shear sheath. That space fits an israelli bandage great, but no way to really secure it. Otherwise, itâs easily the best option on the market and ready for fireline abuse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jon H from 99.95% Perfect Med Kit BagThe first thing in developing a med-kit is to find the perfect bag... and this was spot on. My wife and I purchased an RV and I needed a kit that would be compact, organized and have enough room to sustain any issue in the remote locations we may find ourselves. From minor scrapes, to small surgical trauma, this kit holds everything and more! On a small RV, space is a premium, and this bag is so well thought out, it's absolutely perfect. While there could be a few improvements made here and there, such as small loops for hemostat clamps, I'm not the primary audience and so I can't fault them on only making a 99.95% perfect bag!! And in addition, it will attach really nicely to my Osprey 65 as a true top lid when we go backpacking into the wilderness. Extremely happy customer!!

First the med patch is velcro and removable which leaves a nice canvas for morale patches. I bought this to expand and better organize my pack. I did move my small bleed kit and tourniquet into it since it can be removed so quickly and has a built in shoulder/waist strap. The thought process is amazing that went into this with little bonuses like being able to access the outside pocket from the inside when you have the whole thing open. There are velcro labels for the inside provided. Overall I really like whole thing and would highly recommend for either purpose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sig24 from Surprising SpaceI bought this lid a 2 months ago. Shipping was super fast…I received it 2 weeks after order. The lid itself is made has surprising space. I was able to fit 2 500cc NS bags, IO, misc. trauma bandaging, and still has the space for more. The fact that it replaces the previous lid and looks good too is a plus. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a better solution then what they have.

I purchased this as a second form of carrying med supplies for when I work as part of a hand crew or on Rx. This killed my expectations of holding the 10 person med kit and putting in a few small extras like a tourniquet, nasal and oral airways. Yup, that's right, I attached it to agency supplied blue pack, if im working as part of a line crew I'd rather wreck their stuff. It's up out of the way, adds little extra weight, allows for full access to the pack, is clearly visible as an identifier for your crew or others, and the buckles let you detach it quickly if it's needed. We'll worth the money. Price feels a little steep considering it doesn't come with any supplies, but the fact it is water resistant makes up for that. Highly recommend for any crew looking for a more ergonomic means of carrying emergency med supplies without having to fumble around the 10 person kit.

When opening up the company web-site the customer is greeted with "MADE IN AMERICA" it is not until further investigation you'll find out difference. When asking Qs as to why a canned response with submitted.
