Rated 4 out of 5 by Sunflower Sue from Great size and featuresI bought the Coulee 30 after trying the 40 and 20. Coulee 30 is the perfect size. Seems so much more spacious than my laptop backpack that claims more cubic inches of storage. Straps are very adjustable and comfortable. Narrow bag so doesn’t interfere with my arms when I walk. Have not used frequently yet, but I am disappointed in one thing: the ease witch which the fabric stained and the fact that I could not get rid of the stain. An expensive bag like this should not stain so easily. And my attempts to remove it with soap and water just made it worse. Now there is a larger square stain around the original stain.

It is incredibly comfortable - I did a 13 mile hike carrying 3 liters of water, snacks, and extra layers and it felt like I wasn't carrying anything. Compared to my previous pack, this is a huge upgrade. This is the most comfortable day pack I have ever worn! I really like the Y-zip design, too. It's really easy to get in and out of the pack. I wish that the external front pockets were a bit more stretchy for quickly shoving things in there (I used it for my dog's water bowl), but this is not even close to a dealbreaker. I also recommend adding the Quick Attach Zoid Bag to hang from the inside to store small items like a First Aid kit, since it doesn't have much in the way of internal organization (though with the Y-zip design, it's easy to see and access everything inside without having to take it all out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LandT from 3 zip is the bestoriginally planned a European tourist trip, purchased a competitor travel backpack of 30 liters size .but a change in plans to more hiking in Europe, made me wonder if my old backpack brand was still available...turns out yes! I was initially concerned that it would compare to my 28 year old Dana pack...but this smaller version rocks!...we dumped the travel packs and my husband has this one now as well..

Rated 5 out of 5 by Beatrice from Carries very comfortably!I bought this pack a few weeks back, and finally got to take it on a hike-very comfortable padded hip belt and shoulder straps- carried weight well and really wanted the 3 zip feature and loved it. The only cons for me (not enough to give it less stars) were the pockets on hip belt could be bigger, a key holder in top pocket

The middle zipper is a total game changer as you can fit bags (from Mystery Ranch) inside perfectly! It’s really easy to stay organized with this pack-I highly recommend it!
