"MYSTERY RANCH appreciates all the hard work from the Access Fund keeping climbing areas open and protecting the climbing environment. We appreciate their policy work, land acquisition, tireless hours from the Conservation Team and all the work from the Marketing team to share with the outdoor community about the good work that is being done. Thanks to the Access Fund, we are honored to support them."

The Access Fund is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to preserving access to climbing areas within the United States. Founded in 1991, Access Fund represents millions of climbers nationwide in all forms of climbing: rock climbing, ice climbing, mountaineering, and bouldering.
The Access Fund's mission is support by six core programs:
- Climbing policy and advocacy
- Stewardship and conservation
- Local support and protection
- Risk management and landowner support
- Education
Access Fund is a certified land trust, advocates for climbers at the local and national levels, and maintaining active Memorandums of Understanding with the National Park Service, US Forest Service, and Bureau of Land Management.
"MYSTERY RANCH generously supports Access Fund in protecting America's climbing through donations and in-kind product. As outdoor advocates, it's important for us to work together to protect the places we love. As climbing continues to grow in popularity our outdoor climbing areas are beginning to see an increase in the number of climbers visiting and enjoying the cliffs each year, which brings additional exposure to the areas we love but also increased impacts. Today, 1 in 5 climbing areas in the United States is threatened by an access issue—whether its private land lost to development, public land managers over-regulating climbing, or climber impacts degrading the environment, the list of threats is long and constantly evolving. But they can be managed."
– Michael Fitzgerald, Corporate Partners Manager, Access Fund
