This pocket mounts anywhere with MOLLE and is designed to one quart Nalgene or Government-issued water bottle.

The BOTTLE POCKET mounts with MOLLE and provides easy access to hydration with its elastic closure that when not in use, easily secures the bottle. Grometted drain hole allows quick dry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by That guy from Good idea, terrible executionI bought this water bottle holder to go with my scapegoat 25, which is having its own set of problems. The idea of a water bottle holder in the belt is great however the design leaves much to be desired. While having good retention with a nalgene style bottle it is virtually impossible to put the bottle back into the holder with using 2 hands and taking the pack off. It is absolutely maddening every time I attempt to do the simple task of putting a bottle into the bottle holder. I know mystery ranch has been around and has a stellar reputation and maybe that's why I'm so disappointed in the lack of usability in their product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by D from Carried these for 500 Klicks!These are outstanding! I stopped using Bladders and went back to bottles.I carried 2 of these 500 klicks on the Lebanon Mountain Trail and they mounted on the belt of my pack for instant access. Make these in Olive Drab!!

They stay out of the way, but are easy to access when you need your water bottles. Top of the line, in my opinion.

I completely disagree with the review that says you need two hands to utilize it. I am about the least flexible person in the upper body and had no issues using one hand to reach back and open the pocket to put my Camelback water bottle in and out of the pocket on my hike yesterday. I like it so much I plan to buy another and replace another brands bottle carrier for my other pack.
