Rated 5 out of 5 by Mea23 from Awesome bagI got this bag to replace my diaper bag. LO is 3 months and we do a lot of hiking and traveling. I needed a bag that would hold both our stuff and my husband could also wear. Something that would not kill my back when out and about which could also be use for hikes less than 4 miles. This bag has been amazing. It holds everything in an organized manner and still has plenty of room. Supper comfortable and the orange interior makes finding things really easy. When getting into it the bag stays open and upright. Easy access to all the pockets. The best part it looks just like a backpack and not a diaper bag. And once he is done with it I can use it as a normal backpack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by UW student from Perefect for college daypackI bought this for our son who is attending college this year. The pack was more solid than it looked in the pictures and son loves the humus color as it is not black like all other packs. He said it works great for organization of books, laptop, notebooks, lunch and headphones. He is 6'3" and walks 10 minutes to school and said it fits perfectly on his back. He got the rain cover which is the nicest one we've seen and fits perfectly on the pack. For the price point, you can't beat this pack. I didn't ask him about the front compartment but he spends most of his time in the main compartment and likes it's organization perfectly for college student that still needs to haul some books to class.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Andy from GreatI would consider some improvements. The upper compartment is great for a pair of sunglasses, but it is hard to keep a few items in there. Consider making the pocket a little deeper and have a padded and soft sunglasses pocket. Also having dedicated pen pockets would be great. Expand the size to 28 or 30L. When traveling or working I usually have a computer with all the cables, and a jacket. When I travel overseas I tend to have a complete change of cloths. This pack would not be a 3 day bag but just inbetween a commuter bag and something to stuff a jacket, lunch, book and all my electronics.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Joey from The Best Everyday BagI got this bag 3 weeks ago in black and it’s the best everyday bag. The 24L is perfect for your laptop, charger, couple books, hoody, and a water bottle. I have a 36oz water bottle and it fits in the side sleeve however I always put it inside the bag on the side because there is a spot for a water bottle on the inside. The orange I thought would be annoying but it’s not. I can see everything inside the bag. The top compartment is perfect for your keys, wallet, plane ticket, headphones or anything you need to store quickly. The front pocket sleeve is great for folders, portable chargers, or some snacks. I have been waiting for Myseryranch to come out with a bag like this and it’s great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Joseph from Basically The Perfect Everyday BagI have had tons of bags to list a couple (mystery ranch 3 day assault, Mystery Ranch Urban Assault 18, Thule bags, Fjallraven, Northface bags, Patagonia bags) and this one tops them all.I got the District 24 and I waiting for 3 months for the release. It fits a 15in laptop perfectly. The inside orange lets me see everything in the bag. I usually put a laptop, rain shell, electronic organizer pouch, sunglass case, notebook and maybe a sweatshirt and there is still more room. The top zipper compartment I put my wallet, Watch, phone, and anything else in my pocket in when I got through security at an airport. The front pouch I was worried about Because of the Velcro but it works fine and I can get a lot in there. I put chargers, papers, snacks, and more and it all fits nicely. The only complaint if there is one would be the water bottle pockets. This is the feature I was most excited about and the main reason I got the bag. It holds a 26oz yeti fine but anything bigger is kinda pushing it. I use a 36oz and it’s a bit big however inside the bag there is a water bottle spot it just takes more room up in the bag. Other than that for small drinks or on the go coffee ramblers it will work great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Gggg from Overall good pack.Overall I like the pack, but I don’t know if I’d buy it again. Fabric, zippers, and overall build quality is definitely what you’d expect from MR. But there are a couple things that I would change. First issue is that there isn’t any internal zippered pockets or pockets with a bungee rim. I didn’t think this would matter, but items just kind of sit loosely in the pockets and fall out easily if pack gets turned on it’s side. Even one internal zippered pocket would be an improvement. Other smaller things are the water bottle pockets barely fit a Nalgene bottle, so you can’t just put it back in with one hand, and I’d relax on the orange internal color and make it a more subdued color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Toyota Driver from EDC perfectionAs someone who has spent well over 20k on luggage (I’m grateful I can) this bag is close to everyday carry perfection as it gets. I travel a lot and I’m in cars, planes frequently and the way this bag is thought out with pocket layout and design is grea and makes life on the go a lot easier. Firstly the layout and design is great, the look of the bag not being tactical but stylish and functional is also great. A few minor improvements for the second version. Wider shoulder straps for heavier loads, and higher water bottle pockets. Apart from that congrats mystery ranch on a job well done!

Rated 4 out of 5 by BlueLine from Great backpack.I bought this bag for traveling. It has some features I have never seen in any other bag. It has allot of slim compartments, I imagine it would make a fantastic school bag. It is great for carrying a laptop. It has tons of smaller compartments for things too. I like how the front compartment zips down on one side to expose what's inside. I am still figuring out how I want to put everything in it because it is so very different. This backpack is pretty stylish. It's also very comfortable to wear. The craftsmanship was everything I would expect from Mystery Ranch, I expect it will last a lifetime. It is a fun backpack that I look forward to going on many trips with.
