Very happy I did, as a pilot it's perfect in tight spaces, durable, cleans easy, and has tons of room.Only things I'd add to it, Full depth strap attachment (see ll bean), it obviously adds weight and material thus costs more but if you're someone putting rucksack weight stuff in a tote, you're going to rip the straps eventually.Put a zipper closure on top, so that you can keep some light rain outBeen using it for a while though and have no regrets, fits the aircraft, and my life wellCheers

It's the perfect travel bag to throw miscellaneous things in while on the go. Probably my favorite feature is the dual handle option - you can either carry it like a brief case with the handles or use the shoulder strap.

I like the big pocket for my Mac and the half depth pocket on the other side of the bag for everything else, all located inside. It is big, I suppose I did not expect it to be as large as it was however I have adjusted and like the size after all. The only thing I would have added is two outer pockets following the seems/angled with a soft inside to protect things like sunglasses or phone screens. The other for all the other things you seem to need to grab in a moment. Otherwise it is the perfect grab and go bag for a day or a short weekend.

The straps, bag material, and badging are all dual and of a lesser quality. Pretty sad the original is probably the best bag I’ve ever owned and is still bye my side every day. Really wish the would of added a zippered top closure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Teriyaki Boy from Mystery shoulder bagI wanted a bag for traveling as well as for my work when I am wearing a backpack but can use a shoulder bag to carry bunch of random items like demo sample or giveaways or bag full of bagel...well here’s perfect answer. It swallows everything and still leave some space. It also lays flat so it sits nicely inside my mystery luggage. Just to be aware this is not a laptop bag and there’s no padding, if you want to carry a laptop then add protective case. Oh and that leather patch of mystery ranch on shoulder strap, classic.

It was close but had issues that I hope are resolved in future iterations:1) The snap closures are mostly useless. Higher quality snaps might solve the issue. With items in the bag, the snaps do not remain "snapped".2) The strap's connection to the bag needs some work. When items are in the bag, it swells to both sides and leverages the strap off of the shoulder. This requires it to be worn cross-body for a stable carry. It would be great if the strap attachments had a pivot.3) Borrow from the Market/Super Market designs and provide a zip closure in addition to the snaps. This would improve both security and protection from elements.4) Strap adjustment rings are too bulky and could be a better material, also black to match the bag. The metal feels "dated".
