Rated 5 out of 5 by SamIam from Better than I expectedI've been carrying the MR 2-day assault pack for many years, and I like it. The thing I was missing was more external organization. MR created this pack and met my needs. Super convenient for those little articles and easy access. Now my EDC pack is the Blitz. My laptop feels well-protected and still has enough room to put a tablet and other gear in. The pack also feels small, but I can still pack more than my 2-day assault. It also doesn't feel like my gear is bouncing everywhere. One thing that I would like to see is CCW on this pack. That would be a perfect pack. Overall, I'm satisfied and comfortable with a day hike. Hope that helps

Rated 5 out of 5 by Firefight from Good storage in pocketsFirst I would start by saying I have a bit of a Mystery Ranch problem. This is probably my tenth bag some supplied by work and most purchased by myself. I love they way they adjust and fit to each person. I purchased this bag for an everyday carry without any reviews. I am very happy with my purchase this bag is the perfect size. I work 48 hour shifts away from home, so it’s nice to have this bag as a man purse with all me needs for two days. I like all the storage pockets with dividers on the outside and the sleeve for my laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jer1 from fixed my major MR complaintI love this thing, keeps stuff organized, doesn't end up with all my small items in the top pack. Very comfortable. Fits well. Is now my dedicated EDC/motorcycle pack. My only complaint is color offerings. I very much wish it came in either spring or splash colorways. I like having a technical EDC pack, I would just prefer not to look tacti-bro. A custom fit rain fly would have been a nice touch. I will likely purchase again if more colors come out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Rono from Customer Service lackingThe customer service experience is definately lacking, received no response to several emails, and a whaterver attitude on the phone. The description online of the Blitz 30 is very limited. The outside features of the pack are great, the inside is very contrived and if you are not using the pack to carry around a laptop, you have these features inside that do nothing for you but be in the way, add weight and take up space. Is this a book pack for students? A pack to carry to Starbucks and pull out your laptop? Why would this pack have such a focus on a laptop compartment. Dumb really, it should be removable if its so important to retain it as a feature.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SFOC from Great multi use packI got this pack to primarily use for tactical competition and also for bug out readiness. It's going to work well for multiple uses. I can store my competition gear in it, I can load it for bug out, I can use it for backpacking, I'll use it for multi-day hunts, and probably something else I haven't done yet. I like the pocket variations and zipper access locations. I only wish the waist belt had a little more padding where it hugs the iliac crest. I can put my hydration bladder in it when necessary or use water bottles in the side pockets. I have other packs specifically designed for other uses so this pack is a great choice that solves a couple basic needs I have very well

Rated 5 out of 5 by marman from Great bag for my needsI wanted to replace my range bag with a bag that had the ability to fully open in the main area. At first I thought it was too small but after arranging with the pockets, I feel like this is just perfect. I liked the ability to remove my side IFAK and put it in the lower A pouch. I only needed to find some loop to add a first aid patch for identification. This bag is nice enough I plan on bringing as a carry on to Alaska for a personal trip. The quality is just spot on. I also loaded this bag up with 25 lbs worth of gear and did a 2 mile run. It was very comfortable the entire time. Much more comfortable than my previous bag. I will definitely be shopping at MR in the future for more gear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cookiemonster from Great match packI shoot a lot of long range rifle matches as well as other carbine/ pistol matches. This pack has the great external pockets to keep my essential gear seperate, main pouch for magnetospeed, glass, ammo binders ect. Waist belt is small enough its not in the way when not used but still there if i need it for longer treks in hunter matches. Tripod fits perfect in the side pouch strapped to the side. Great design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Neal85 from This is the best multi use pack I’ve ever owned.I bought this about a month ago, and it has since been used as a range bag, work bag, cary on for a 5 day trip, and is now my general work/get home bag. The layout is perfect. I was initially a little skeptical about the clam shell opening (I love the tried and true trizip) but now that I’ve gotten used to it I don’t know how I lived with out it. My only gripe (and this is very very small) is that I wish the padding on the shoulder straps and back were a little firmer. That being said with the type of load the bag is designed for it should never matter B:)
